AFG Capital Funding is a finance broker. We help business owners find funding by reviewing your information and presenting your request to lenders and funding partners in our network. We do not make credit decisions, set the terms of any funding offer, or provide funding ourselves.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and their authorized owners or representatives. To submit an application, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the authority to apply on behalf of the business
• Provide information that is true, accurate, and complete

Funding Applications

When you submit an application, you authorize AFG Capital Funding to:

• Review the business, financial, and credit information you provide
• Verify that information, including with banks, credit bureaus, and other sources
• Share your application and supporting documents with lenders and funding partners so they can evaluate your request

You agree to tell us promptly if any information you submitted changes or turns out to be incorrect. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being declined and may carry legal consequences.

No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an application, receiving a pre-qualification, or speaking with one of our representatives does not guarantee that you will receive an offer or that your request will be approved. Approval, amounts, pricing, and timing are decided by the lenders and funding partners, not by AFG Capital Funding.

Before you accept any offer, read the lender's agreement in full. It sets out the amount, cost, repayment terms, and your obligations.

Fees

AFG Capital Funding may be compensated by lenders and funding partners when a request is funded. Any fee that you are required to pay will be disclosed to you in writing before you agree to it. Fees charged by a lender are set out in that lender's agreement.

Communications and Text Messages

By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, application, or funded account by phone, email, and text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
